  21.   WinNET Mail (TM) DISTRIBUTION LICENSING AGREEMENT

  23.   Anyone wishing to charge people a fee for giving them a copy
  24.   of WinNET Mail (TM) must have written authorization from
  25.   Computer Witchcraft, Inc., without which, the distributor is
  26.   guilty of copyright violation.  To receive such authorization,
  27.   send this completed application, along with a copy of your
  28.   software library's order form to the above address (FAX is
  29.   acceptable).

  39.          TERMS OF DISTRIBUTION OF WinNET MAIL (TM):

  41.          1.  The offering and sale of WinNET Mail (TM) will be
  42.              stopped at any time Computer Witchcraft, Inc., so
  43.              requests. 
  44.  
  45.          2.  Copies must be made from the copy of WinNET
  46.              Mail (TM) sent to you when this agreement is
  47.              concluded.  This is required for control
  48.              purposes.  Your copies for distribution must
  49.              include the ENTIRE Computer Witchcraft, Inc.,
  50.              distribution.  No files may be altered or
  51.              removed.  There may be no files or            
  52.              information added which facilitate use of this
  53.              product for purposes other than to provide E-Mail
  54.              access directly via Computer Witchcraft's WinNET
  55.              (SM) server.

  57.          3.  Problems or complaints about the program will be
  58.              reported to Computer Witchcraft, Inc. for
  59.              investigation.

  61.          In return for a license to charge a fee for the distribution of
  62.          the program WinNET Mail (TM), I agree to comply with
  63.          the above terms of distribution.
